Shipping is calculated by order value and always shown at checkout before you confirm; qualifying orders ship free. We deliver across India, typically within 4–6 business days depending on your location. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across most serviceable pin codes in India — just select it at checkout and pay the courier when your order arrives. A small COD fee may apply and is always shown before you confirm.
Cash on Delivery across serviceable pin codes, plus online payment — UPI, cards and netbanking — processed through Razorpay, an encrypted, PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway. We never see or store your card details.
Unused, unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened or used personal-care products cannot be returned — but we step in whenever an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect: reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right. Once your order ships you will receive the courier and tracking number by email. You can also check the latest status anytime on our Track Order page using your order number and the email you used at checkout — no account needed.
Keep personal-care products sealed until first use, stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sun and heat, and closed properly between uses. Let soap bars drain and dry between uses — a well-drained dish makes every bar last noticeably longer.

Yes — our essentials make thoughtful, premium gifts, whether that is a soap combo or a skincare set. Simply enter your recipient’s address at checkout; no invoice or pricing goes inside the parcel. One note: on Cash on Delivery orders the courier label shows the amount to collect, so for a surprise gift choose a prepaid option or have it delivered to yourself first.
